Hamilton Heights Business Alliance has arranged for (up to) 5 business owners to receive in-store / onsite advice about licenses, permits, inspections, and more. Consultants, Aangel Pagan & Stanton Sanichar, are former city inspectors. They now help businesses avoid fines, find solutions for city regulations, and save money. All visits and discussions are held in strict confidence.

  • Alliance businesses are location in Hamilton Heights, West Harlem. Area served is roughly 135th to 155th Streets between St. Nicholas and Broadway.
  • The Alliance welcomes Hamilton Heights businesses of any kind!
  • The Alliance, during its organizing phase, is focused on advocacy and resource development.
  • Special projects during the current phase will focus on increasing foot traffic and helping businesses grow.
  • Harlem One Stop is project lead and the contractor for the 2024 NYC Small Business Services “Merchant Organizing” grant. Harlem One Stop brings partnerships and resources to this project and serves as an experienced leader in district marketing and district beautification.
